Additions/Deletions Within Orders
- Due to current system restrictions, we are not able to modify any orders once they are placed. Please double check your order before hitting submit. Thank you!
Backorders
We do our best to maintain our “in stock” status on all items. In the event an item goes on backorder after you have placed your order, we will remove the out of stock item(s), refund your credit card/PayPal account, and ship the remaining items to you. An email will be sent out to notify you of the status of your order.
Shipping Address
**The customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order**
- Your Longevity Blueprint is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
- If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect information please immediately contact our office. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a 5% restocking fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
- Please do not enter both a street address and a PO box number, as this will delay the shipping of your package. If you enter a street address and a PO box number, we will ship to the PO box.

Processing Times
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Delivery time quotes begin from when the package leaves the warehouse after processing is completed.
- Processing may take 2-3 business days or more during heavier volume days.
- The fulfillment department will be closed on the following days in observance of each holiday: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- You will receive an automated email from the warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
- Orders placed after 10am PT Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
- Orders placed before or after 10am PT Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.
- Delivery by the shipping carrier may be delayed during holidays.
Refund:
At Your Longevity Blueprint, we are borderline obsessive about the quality of our supplements…ok we’re obsessed! Due to this obsessive commitment, we must maintain a strict policy for returns. Please review the bullet points below and notify us of any questions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt. Please notify our fulfillment department immediately of your intention to return your product.
- Returns will be credited upon receipt by our fulfillment office and are subject to a 5% processing fee and cost of shipping.
- Damaged Products must be made aware within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to ask for the product to be returned to our office or that a photo be taken of the damaged product. If the product is found to be compromised, we will ship a replacement product out immediately.
- All Sales Are Final on soft gels and any products containing live organisms.
